Proof on the product layout
Check each name or message in the actual wrap, including line breaks, safe areas and viewing direction. Automated data still needs a representative production check.
Lock the approved version
Record the approver, date and file version. Any correction after approval should produce a new proof and a clear effect on timing or cost.
